We learned to put everyone else first.

Now, it’s our turn to take the mic…

Welcome to the Eldest Daughter Diaries!

This podcast is a community-forward space where I join my High School friend, Keneci, to relate on how being an eldest daughter formed us, how we evolved, and learned how to thrive while staying connected with our families.

There will be intimate shares, honest storytelling, and most of all, encouragement, inspiration, and lots of loving on our fellow eldest daughters who are changing the world just by being themselves. #iykyk

Hi love,

There are so many messages coming at us about who we’re supposed to be, how hard things are, and how afraid we’re supposed to be about all of it. While some of it is valid, we’re not designed to be constantly living in fear, stress, and burnout from the weight of it all.

I got a pretty intense wake-up call early on that had me asking bigger questions of life, the Universe, and of myself. Things like: If things stayed exactly as they are, would I be okay with spending my life like this?

When I asked myself that question, the answer was no. Luckily, though, that question catalyzed a long, winding journey from burnout and self-neglect to rest and a life built on sustainable self—care.

You know what else I discovered along the way? The magical and practical tools to cultivate my own unique definition of ease. These mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and energetic tools are what unlocks ease in my everyday life.

And that is exactly what I teach here. It turns out…

Ease is everywhere

(if we know how to look for it).

About Krystal

“Our rhythms and cycles are inherently counterculture. They are, therefore, revolutionary.”

Philosophy

Healing from societal systems (e.g. patriarchy, white supremacy, homophobia, racism, misogyny, sexism, ableism, etc.) that never had our wellbeing in mind from the start is no joke. It’s hard work and should absolutely not be done “Lone Wolf” style. That’s the separation that was born of these very systems.

The way we heal is to honor our whole selves and each other.

Together, we begin to deconstruct through questions like:

  • Who are we if we’re not being productive for someone else’s gain?

  • If we could move beyond the resistance to rest, what would rest open up in our lives?

  • What wants to be created through us and what’s the easiest way we can honor those impulses?

Discover what tools like Astrology, Human Design, & Ease Mentoring can do to remind us of our power, pleasure, nature, soul path, and JOY.
