If anger and rage are “not allowed”, then what do we do with it? It has to go somewhere and it doesn’t just disappear.
Join Tasha & Krystal, powerhouse sister duo (Somatic Movement Facilitator and Ease Mentor respectively) for a two hour sacred process to cultivate a relationship with your rage and GET. IT. OUT!
If you came to previous workshops, come back for a deepening of your practice and to explore new edges of your rage safely in community.

Bring a journal, water, and comfortable clothing for movement is recommended.
